On our program we suggest you use the following NEW START meal plan as your guide:
Upon Rising: 1 glass of warm lemon water drink quickly (wait 15 minutes) then + 1 glass of warm water sipped (wait 15 min).
Breakfast (big): 2 – 3 Fresh Fruits + Whole grain meal option (available to purchase).
Lunch (big): Large Salad+ Plant Based cooked meal (both available to purchase)
Dinner (optional or light) : small salad or bowl of soup or smoothie or vegetable juice (all available to purchase).
