I’m not necessarily a sweet tooth person, but there is something about ‘fresh bakery’ items that calls out to me every time.   As a total vegetarian, my options have always been very limited which is why I spent years trying to perfect a plant based muffin, that tastes good, looks good and is good for you.  I think we can finally say “Mission Accomplished”
