These salads are loaded with leafy green vegetables, fresh local tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and fresh sprouts.  Served with a side of your favorite dressing, lunch time couldn’t come soon enough! Quinoa Black Bean Salad

If you could put summer in a bowl… this would be it! Black beans, quinoa, green mango and sweet peppers are mixed together with a lime – cilantro dressing to produce a refreshing, satisfying and incredibly detoxifying salad. Suggested to serve on a bed of lettuce mixed with Arugula.
