  • Want to eat healthy but don’t have the time to cook? Well..., we cater! All our meals follow the NEWSTART ™ guidelines and can picked up frozen or delivered fresh to your home weekly.

ABOUT OUR MEALS

  • All our meals are 100% plant based and are:
  • Free from dairy, meat, fish & refined sugars
  • Wheat free with the exception of the ‘kids love 'em meals'
  • Made with mostly organic produce or locally grown where possible
  • Free from fake meats and textured vegetable soy protein
  • Made with lots of love :)

ABOUT OUR INGREDIENTS

  • All of our beans are made from rehydrated beans and not from a can
  • All of our sauces and dressings are made from scratch not packaged
  • The Tofu we use is made from non-GMO Canadian Soy Beans
  • We use un-fermented soy sauce
  • We use only organic spelt flour or buckwheat, oat or rice flour in our recipes
  • We use only NON-GMO corn
